Do you think your clinic should provide the app?
We partner with clinics to help them integrate emotional support in the day-to-day care.
Always based on research
At Tilly we believe in science. Tools that can help us through difficult times luckily already exist, but our psychologists have adapted them for the unique challenges that come with infertility and loss.
The self-care exercises in the app have been proven effective in peer-reviewed scientific research literature, and are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and the Fertility Quality of Life Tool (FertiQol).
